A Mother’s Love, Rooted in Nature
Motherhood is fleeting—a whirlwind of laughter, tiny hands grasping yours, whispered “I love you’s” carried by the wind. It is raw, it is wild, and it is the most beautiful story worth telling.
As a Connecticut motherhood and maternity photographer based in Fairfield County, I capture mothers as they are meant to be—held in the embrace of nature, their love echoing through golden fields, sun-drenched meadows, and quiet forests. I believe in the power of the earth beneath your feet, the way the wind weaves through your child’s hair, and how time seems to stand still when you are fully present. My photography is not about perfection; it is about feeling—about letting go, sinking in, and truly being with your children in a way that feels natural, unguarded, and real.

The Heart Behind My Work
I know what it means to long for a photograph that doesn’t exist. To wish for just one more moment frozen in time. I lost my mother when I was 19, and with her went the chance to have more pictures, more memories, more proof of our love. There are so few images of her in the frame—of us together—and that absence is something I carry with me every day.
This is why I do what I do.
Because mothers belong in the frame, in the story, in the memories their children will hold long after small hands grow big and the years slip away. I want every mother I photograph to see herself as her children do—soft, strong, radiant in her love.

My Journey as a Mother
I am a mother to three, and each of my babies came to me in a different way—through natural conception, IUI, and IVF. Each journey carried its own challenges, its own waiting, its own deep, unwavering love. I understand the struggles, the longing, the triumphs, and the indescribable joy of finally holding your baby in your arms.
When I had my youngest during COVID, I missed out on having newborn photos taken. The days slipped by in a blur of love and exhaustion, and I have no professional images to hold from that fleeting time. I know firsthand the ache of not having those moments documented, which is why I am so passionate about making sure other mothers don’t miss out.
The photographs in my home are more than pictures—they are pieces of my heart. My children see themselves in these images, and they remember. They remember the way I held them, the way we laughed, the places we explored together. These photos are their proof of love, of belonging, of the life we have built together.
The Importance of Taking the Time
Your photography session is not just another item on your to-do list—it is a gift to yourself and your family. It should not feel like an obligation or something rushed between busy schedules. This is a time to slow down, to immerse yourself in the moment, to be fully present with the ones you love.
Think of your session as an experience, a cherished outing rather than a chore. Let it be a family adventure—a sunset walk along the shore, an afternoon twirling in a field of wildflowers, a morning wrapped in the golden glow of a forest. This is not just about photos; it is about creating a memory, a feeling, a moment that you will hold onto for years to come.
This is an investment in something timeless. When you look back at these images, you won’t just see what you looked like—you will remember the way the breeze felt on your skin, the sound of your child’s laughter, the warmth of love surrounding you. Give yourself the gift of time, of intention, of presence.

A Legacy for Your Children
These photographs are more than just images; they are love made visible. They are proof that you were there, hands intertwined, laughter spilling into the open air. When your children see these moments displayed in your home—on the walls, in frames, in albums they flip through with tiny fingers—they see belonging. They see home. They see you.
A framed print becomes more than décor; it becomes a heartbeat in your home, a daily reassurance of love. An album becomes more than pages; it becomes a storybook of your family’s journey, a tangible piece of your history that will be passed down for generations.
One day, when your children are grown, they will look back at these photographs and feel the warmth of your arms, the weight of your love, the unshakable truth that they were always cherished. And that is the greatest gift you could ever give them.
A Session That Feels Like a Memory in the Making
When you step into a session with me, there is no pressure, no perfect pose—only space to breathe, to play, to be. The moments unfold naturally, like waves reaching the shore, like wildflowers bending in the breeze. Time moves differently here—fast and slow all at once—until you find yourself surprised that it’s over, as if you just lived a memory before it was even captured.
Because in the end, this isn’t just about photographs. It’s about showing up. It’s about love, presence, and the kind of moments that stay with you long after the sun has set. And that is something worth holding onto.
