Alicia Hoffman, Maternity, Newborn & Family photographer in Connecticut.

I am a portrait photographer specializing in all stages of motherhood. I create honest Images of deep connection when life is unhurried and you feel at peace.
I am a wife to my soulmate, mom of 3, dog mom and straight up girls' girl from Connecticut. I love sunsets and stormy skies, open fields, bare bellies and tiny hands in mine. As a family we are loud and love tasty food. We thrive on nature adventures, kitchen dance parties and nightly snuggle fests to fully soak in the moments of the day.
Motherhood is the core of my current being. It has changed me. I have slowed down, become compassionate and nostalgic for things some may find mundane. Losing my mother at the young age of 19 has such a strong presence in my motherhood journey. It reminds me how important I am in my children's story. I need to be present in every facet in every way.
And I want the same for my clients.
I will elevate your mundane intricacies of everyday motherhood. You will see the beauty while feeling empowered, walking away with a family heirloom.
It is my mission to encourage mothers to always be a part of your children's story. Be in the photo. You are the main character. You are the narrator.
Allow me to honor this intimate time in a raw yet intentionally beautiful way. Walk away with emotive art of you and your babies both in the frame.

Art isn’t about escaping the chaos of real life, it’s about embracing it and highlighting its beauty.

my world; beautifully organized chaos.

How can I even say thank you enough?
These are amazing and the sample edits are to die for. Literally in tears looking at these. You did such an amazing job capturing so many moments, each one brings a different emotion. I am so glad I found you for capturing what will likely be my last pregnancy and newborn.
